This high waist skirt is so beautiful in its simple design. Originally, it was made by a seamstress in Ghana. However, it exchanged hands after some time, and the new wearer had a much smaller waist.
Alteration: To reduce this skirt, I simply took in the sides to the newly desired size. First, I sewed with a regular straight stitch, then serged the edges.
